A 31 y.o. G1P0 at 18 weeks estimated gestational age was found to have an echogenic 7.8 cm by 3.1 cm mass adjacent to the uterine fundus during an anatomy scan. Successful Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis C using Pegylated Interferon and Ribavirin in a Patient with Sheehan's Syndrome

A 50-year-old female with Sheehan's syndrome was treated for chronic hepatitis C using pegylated interferon-α2b and ribavirin. The patient's HCV-RNA status was negative by the fourth week and remained undetectable until the completion of treatment without signs that Sheehan's syndrome had been exaggerated.
