Inclusion criteria

Exclusion criterias

·        Patients older than 18-years-old with a diagnosis of systemic sclerosis according to the ACR/EULAR 2013 classification criteria for systemic sclerosis.

·        Smokers

·        Type 2 Diabetes

·        Patients with overlap syndrome

·        Play the guitar for more than one hour a day

·        Have drunk coffee 4 hours before the capillaroscopy

·        Having removed nail cuticles in the last month

·        Having used nail polish in the last 24 hours
