* This biopsy showed initial weak stains for IgG, kappa and lambda.
# This patient had serology test positive for ANCA and negative for anti-GBM, but his duplicate stains for IgG were linearly positive. The reduced staining in the follow-up may be related to repeat examinations of stains due to the unusual mismatch between the serology tests and IF stains.
