HIV+/HIV- : positive/negative human immunodeficiency virus; Single infection; one HPV genotype detected; Multiple infection: at last two genotypes detected; High risk; HPV genotypes 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 68, 73, and 82; Low risk; HPV genotypes 6, 11, 40, 42, 43, 44, 54, 61, 70, 72, 81. Prevalence of each subgroup was calculated from 55 sample specimens who had a positive HPV DNA test. The statistical analysis was performed using Chi-Square (χ2) to compare the categorical variables with a 5% significance level.
