Non-stimulated PBMC or cells stimulated with either LPS or co-cultured with HT-29 colon cancer cell line, were incubated for 24 hrs without (0) or with epinephrine at concentrations as indicated. The level of IL-10 in the supernatants was tested by ELISA. The results are expressed as Mean ± SEM of 4 experiments (4 different donors). Asterisk represents statistically significant difference from cells incubated without epinephrine (*p < 0.05).
