Linear porokeratosis

Whitish-yellow thread-like structure in early lesions.

Whitish-yellow track in mature ones

Early lesions: Gray-brown network-like appearance

Mature lesions: Reddish vascular network together with irregular dotted vessels

Oldest lesions: Reddish vascular network together with irregular dotted vessels accompanied by pinkish-white scar like areas
