Inclusion criteria: Studies meeting ALL of the following criteria will be considered.

Exclusion criteria: Studies will be excluded from the review if they meet ANY of the following criteria

Population:

-        Histologically proven diagnosis of breast cancer (any stage)

-        Adults aged 18 years and above

Population:

-        Any major cardiovascular disease

-        Pregnant women

-        Presence of secondary cancers

Intervention:

-        Must have received any metronomic chemotherapy as an adjuvant in one of the arms

Intervention:

-        Different dosing of the chemotherapeutic drugs

Comparator:

-        The comparator arm should be without metronomic chemotherapy

Outcome:

-        The studies having response rate as primary or secondary outcome

-        Randomized controlled trials
