We report a case of a 21-year-old male with knee injury with a giant cell tumor of the tendon sheath resulting in a pes anserinus. As seen in this case, in a sports-related knee injury with an associated giant cell tumor, an initial treatment of the mass was performed first. After the confirmation of non-recurrence after 1 year follow up, the treatment of the sports related injury was followed.
