Social Correlates of Nurses' Preparedness towards Retirement in Zaria, Northwest Nigeria

This study assessed the level of preparedness of nurses toward retirement in two hospitals in Zaria. A descriptive non-experimental research design was used for the study. Using a questionnaire, data were collected from a convenience sample of 108 nurses. The data were analyzed descriptively using SPSS version 22.
